Therefore, all purchases are generally considered final. However, we consider refund requests under specific, limited conditions. We do not apply licensing restrictions or user limits, meaning that digital access is permanent upon delivery. NotionNest does not charge administrative or service fees for approved refunds. If you haven’t received the funds after 14 business days, contact your payment provider first. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, access to purchased materials may be temporarily suspended during the dispute review process.
